We are at the end of a decade and that means it is the time to make the best of who you can be.

Rage fitness is doing a New Year 3 month challenge.  There is two options to choose from.  We will take before and after photos, and help you along your journey to success.

There are two options to choose from.

Option one includes training with one of our amazing trainers 3 times a week, included with that is nutritional guidance and programming for your days off.

This is it, this is your time to shine and show the world, and yourself, how amazing you are.

Option two includes training with one of our personal trainers 4 times a week, along with a full supply of health Canada approved fat burners (white paper supplements) as nutritional guidance and programming for your days off.
